The five basic human rights are linked to our very existence, cannot be separated, and depend on each other. Even though everyone has some of these rights, some are suspended or limited, like the freedom of people who have been convicted of a crime. In some situations, like national emergencies, governments can also ignore these rights. Some of these are curfews and limits on where people can go. Still, these rights are important to our survival.

It says that “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” are facts that everyone can see for themselves. In many ways, the Declaration of Independence is “American scripture” because it shows how special the chosen people are. In fact, the Declaration of Independence is now an important part of what it means to be an American.

Everyone has the right to work and to live in a society where their pay and working conditions are based on how good they are. Equal pay for equal work and a safe place to live are also basic human rights. Any discrimination or limits on these rights must not give one group more rights than another. Also, everyone has the right to join a union and have time for rest and fun. They also have the right to work in a reasonable way, which includes taking time off once in a while.

A right to work

Dr.Joseph A. Olzacki pointed out that the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights says in section 27B(1) that the right to work is a basic human right. “The right to work is fundamental to the enjoyment of other human rights, like the right to housing and education,” says the UN Committee on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights. It is also important to a person’s dignity because being able to make a living is an important part of his or her role in society and in the family.

Right to get medical care

The Right to Health Care is one of the most important human rights. It says that everyone has the right to services that are important for their health and well-being. By adopting the UN Declaration on Human Rights, the United Nations and other international groups are trying to change this. This document also has information about how to protect the Right to Health Care.

Right to schooling

Dr.Joseph A. Olzacki describe that This has made millions of adults feel left out and hurt the potential of people all over the world. Most of the people who are hurt are young girls and poor people. This is because education is a fundamental human right, and excluding people who can’t afford it has led to poverty and illiteracy.
